Jason Atomic is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, curator and performer based in the UK.
He is a founder of London’s notorious Satanic Flea Market and publisher of the underground anthology title, Satanic Mojo Comix.

He began self publishing photocopied underground comix, on the UK small press scene, in the late 1980s. During the ‘90s he lived in Japan & gave up drawing comics and fascinated by day to day life began to focus on life drawing. This period lasted almost 20 years before he returned to the comics scene after curating a series of comic themed exhibitions for, Eisner Award winners, Orbital Comics.

Satanic Mojo Comix (SAMOCO) is a black and white anthology title that takes its inspiration from 60s SF underground comix and features a global cast of Satanist Cartoonists (including Savage Pencil, Billy Chainsaw, Krent Able, Shaky Kane & more) other projects include posters and zines, this includes collaborations with ABS including the Sabbath Ov Thee Broken art-jam print and gig posters for London shows of Acid King & Sleepy Sun.
An hand pulled, home made example of his ‘Do What Thou Wilt… Then Split’ T-shirt is currently on display in the Aleister Crowley section of the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic in Boscastle, Cornwall.

Having left London during the pandemic lockdown, Atomic currently resides in an Oxfordshire market town with his muse Manko and a 3-legged cat called Picasso.
Recent work of note includes sleeve art for a bootleg Hawkwind LP and illustrations for The Alex Sanders Lectures (Alex aka ‘The King of the Witches’ was the founder of Alexandrian Wicca)
